The EPS programme is excellent on several levels.  As a growing company, I found it invaluable to get first hand access to top rate professionals across all disciplines.  The training and coaching we received had credibility because it was delivered by people who are actively working in industry.  In addition, because the successful participants are carefully chosen to avoid any competitive conflicts, I found the peer support to be incredible.  We were able to discuss openly the issues we face and often found that we were able to find solutions from each other.  Going through the programme has undoubtedly made a difference to me and to my company, enabling us to focus on what's important to drive growth.
